Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time
All confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If your order includes special customization or a pre-order item, our team will communicate expected dispatch timelines in advance.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment’s journey to your doorstep.

We currently ship across India. For international delivery or bulk orders, please contact our support team directly.

5. Packaging
Every watch is packed in its original box with protective materials to prevent transit damage. We recommend unboxing your order carefully and retaining the packaging for warranty purposes.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team or visit our Aminabad store.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

  • The watch must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized watches, engraved models, special orders, or clearance/discounted items may not be eligible for returns. Please confirm eligibility at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization.

  • Pack the watch securely in its original box with all accessories.

  • Ship it back using the return label we provide or drop it off at our store.

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the order was paid in cash in-store, refunds can be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, our team will help you choose another model of equal or higher value (with a balance payment, if applicable).

7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
