Archwatch is a premium watch store and a proud subsidiary of M.N. Watch & Co., which has been serving customers in Aminabad, Lucknow since 1990. We combine decades of trust and craftsmanship with a modern, curated collection of timepieces.

2. Where are you located?

We are located in Aminabad, Lucknow, continuing the legacy started by M.N. Watch & Co.

3. Do you only sell watches?

Our primary focus is on watches analogue & digital watches/Clocks — from timeless classics to contemporary designs — but we also offer watch accessories and servicing for select models.

4. Do you offer watch repairs or servicing?

Yes! We provide expert repair and servicing for a wide range of watches, including battery replacement, strap changes, cleaning, and maintenance.

5. Are your watches original and authentic?

Absolutely. Every watch at Archwatch is 100% genuine, sourced from trusted suppliers and brands, but we also sell top brand's first copy on special demands of our valuable customers. We believe in authenticity and provide bills/warranties where applicable.

Shipping & Returns:

1. Do you offer home delivery?

Yes. We offer secure, insured shipping across India in addition to in-store pickup from our Aminabad, Lucknow location.

2. 2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping charges apply based on the destination and weight of the package. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or models.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow its progress.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. For special international orders, please contact our team directly.

6. What is your return policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your watch, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and warranty cards.

7. How do I start a return/Exchange?

Contact our customer service team by using our contact us form and mentiond every possible details in it, once our team receive your concern, we start the return/exchange process as soon as possible.

8. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. What if my watch arrives damaged or defective?

Please notify us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

Payment:

1. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD for shipped orders. Payments must be completed before dispatch.

2. Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Absolutely. Every purchase at Archwatch comes with an official bill/invoice and, where applicable, a manufacturer warranty card.

3. Is my online payment secure?

Yes. We use Razorpay gateway and all the online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
